One of the key, but sadly under-reported recommendations included in Will Hutton's final report on his independent re- view into fair pay, was the need for greater transparency around the remuneration packages of senior managers in the public sector. This has been a position that ACEVO has been championing for some time across the voluntary and community sectors.
