All Set For The Ppma Conference

The public sector took quite a bashing from the media towards the end of last year. As mass redundancies hit many workers in the private sector we came under fire for having what reporters called 'safe jobs'. But recent job cuts in the public sector show we are not immune to the current economic climate, and like any other business we have to look for ways to cut costs and improve efficiency. To survive these difficult times and improve service delivery we need our people to be at their best and maximise their impact at work.
