摘要

Like myself, have you got to a certain age where you watch the wrinkles appear then deepen on an almost daily basis? Have you noticed the 'salt and pepper' effect adorning your latest hairstyle without asking your hairdresser to put it there? Have you upgraded to the extra rich age defying night cream? Or have you even started to notice the onset of age related impairments such as failing vision or memory? Well worry no more - age is no longer going to be a burden. In fact, it could even be the answer to some of those worries that occasionally keep you awake at night. If you want the answer to your current skills shortages - think 'age'. If you want to keep hold of talent for longer in your organisation - think 'age' again. And if you want to cut down on your recruitment and retention costs - think 'age'. Are you starting to get the picture?
