Riding high with the workforce strategy

The East Riding of Yorkshire Council is the largest unitary authority geographically in the country with an employee population of approximately 17,000. At the heart of the organisation are our people management strategies which have underpinned our corporate Investors in People accreditation, the attainment of the recently piloted Investors in People Leadership & Management Standard and the retention of excellent status under the CPA assessment process.
