The recent media headlines around the future of NHS Direct highlights the importance of good information and advice in delivering the wellbeing agenda.The crux of delivering effective wellbeing is through helping people to make informed decisions by providing the right informa-tion, in the right quantities, at the right time. The growing prevalence of personalisation and, with it, citizens making their own choices, makes good information and advice even more important in delivering effective health and social care interventions.
