As journalists, we've all done it - made a story fit a good headline. And 'boomerangs returning' is irresistible.But could the author of your front pagearticle '"Boomerang" report returned to sender' (The MJ, 4 March) explain in what way the Audit Commission's report on council chief executive's severance arrangements is being returned to sender? It hasn't even been given to the secretary of state who commissioned it yet.
