Unsurprisingly, the last year has seen personalisation featured in a number of your articles - be they focused on public sector budgets, the transformation of adult social care, or authorities' individual initiatives.However, one area which requires further attention is how we can all ensure citizens will be able to access personalised services, and pay for them quickly and effectively without presenting the local authority or provider with a further burden.
