Ready-made sports designs could be a winner

The council-owned company Scape has launched a new leisure services partnership with Willmott Dixon. Sunesis Leisure was unveiled at last week's Local Government Association annual conference in Birmingham, and offers councils a choice of ready-made building designs in a range of different colours and finishes.
