Suffolk staff make the move to property consultancy

More than 70 staff from Suffolk CC have transferred to property and design consultancy called Concertus. The company has been formed by three county council managers - Andrew Rowe, Carl Lockwood and Matthew Self -and will remain wholly owned by the local authority.
