After recruiting in the public sector for more than 30 years I have always been disappointed by the lack of sector transfers we see; both across the public sector and indeed between private and public. Yes, there's been a few, and some significant ones, but really when you think of the size and scope of the market and the continued challenges of finding top talent it really is an insignificant number.
