Lincolnshire tender set to secure re-bid from Mouchel

Local government contractor Mouchel has said it is 'well positioned' to bid again for services at Lincolnshire CC after the local authority put them out again for tender. The county council announced on 6 February it will be shortly tendering for the back office services, which are currently provided under contract by Mouchel until the current contract ends in 2015.
