The Chief Executive provides leadership, vision, professional advice and strategic direction to the Council and takes the lead in all aspects of policy development and strategic management. The Chief Executive leads the development of the Council's overall strategy, ensuring it is implemented in line with Council and community planning partnership priorities and secures best value.
