Priming partnerships for the future

Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) have been responsible for the delivery of some of the country's most important developments and infrastructure projects. They are a proven and viable route to regeneration and service delivery, but they are (rightly) heavily scrutinised; and market developments in 2018 have allowed critics to question PPP agreements.
