Changing the game

'How would you like to be an assistant director' is how the Transform programme was introduced to me.I was approached by my line manager (who happens to be an assistant director) to see if I would like to apply to undertake a new leadership programme. After recently completing an internal leadership course I was not initially interested but the paperwork that I was provided intrigued me. This looked different; it was built around leading and implementing a change management project within my organisation, supported by the Transform trainers and consultants. Applicants had to demonstrate experience of change management leadership and a commitment to self-development; and there were only 10 places across the country.
