LEPs in line for £25m DCLG-BIS funding boost

Ministers have agreed to provide England's 39 local enterprise partnerships (LEPs) with £25m in core funding over the spending review period. Jointly funded by the Department for Communities and Local Government and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, an interim £5m package has been made available for LEPs during the remainder of 2012/13.
