Making connections

Reflect and Connect is an open space opportunity to meet new people and have some lightly-guided conversations about what you are observing and learning. Doug Shaw and Meg Pippin will offer thoughts and reflections of their own based on what they are experiencing at the conference and will invite participants to do the same. Their experience has shown conversation in the margins can be a powerful, additional way towards making deeper connections. The PPMA's new president Sue Evans attended a Reflect and Connect session at the CIPD conference last year. She liked it so much, she came back for a second session.
