Property services boost for Morgan Sindall profits

Morgan Sindall's property services arm has helped bolster the group's profit margins this year. The company as a whole achieved an adjusted operating profit of £37.5m in the first half 2019, up 18% on the same point last year. A series of refurbishment and maintenance contracts with councils has helped Morgan Sindall Property Services grow its revenue by 12% to £55m.
