Pursuant to the Articles of Incorporation of the Minnesota Police & Peace Officers Association, the Board of Directors of the MPPOA posts it notice to offer a byrnlaw change. Such a bylaw change must be received by the Secretary of the Association at least 40 days prior to the commencement of the annual business meeting of the MPPOA.
