The panel has a rigid and plane base (10) to support a paper document, ands a transparent envelope with parts (21, 22) made of distinct semi-rigid transparent plastic materials. The parts (21, 22) are respectively fixed to the base at their lower and upper edges (211, 222) via double-sided adhesive tapes (31, 32). The two parts are arranged such that a region of the part (21), forming a shutter, opposite to its fixing edge (211) is engaged below an overhang part of the part (22).
