Raymour & Flanigan, a furniture retailer based in Liverpool, New York, has taken efforts to being a closed-loop recycling entity. The company sells on average over 8,000 pieces of furniture a dayrnacross all of its stores, and generates a considerable amount of recyclable material in doing so. The retailer collects corrugated containers and styrofoam generated from its 16 Customer Service Centers and 72 stores across the northeast. Plastics are collected at the Customer Service Centers.
