DS Smith Paper Mill Receives ISO-50001 Certification

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO)has recognized DS Smith’s mill in Riceboro, Georgia, as aISO-50001 certified facility in the pulp, paper and paperproducts industry in North America.The Riceboro facility produces kraft linerboard. An ISO-approvedaudit team visited the mill, certifying that it usesan energy management system (EnMS), based on the ISO-50001 internationally recognized framework for integratingenergy management into its existing processes.
