Plans for new dairy show revealed

Plans for a new annual trade show have been revealed by the International DairyrnFoods Association (IDFA). The new show will replace its existing show at the Worldwide Food Expo. The IDFA has shared space with the American Meat Institute at the biennial show in Chicago over the last 10 years. From next year, the IDFA will be going ahead on its own with an annual trade show focused on innovation and trends in the dairy industry.
