The Northern Ireland Board provides a forum in which the NI dairy supply chain can come together to discuss issues of common interest. Commenting on the role of the NI Board, Chairman Paul Vernon, said: "The forum which the NI Board of Dairy UK provides, not only for Dairy UK, but also for the industry in NI, is vitally important. Indeed, if we did not have this forum through Dairy UK, we would probably have to convene it in some other way.
