Contaminant monitoring results

Dairy UK's new contaminant monitoring programme - recently established by the orgnisation's Scientific and Technical Committee - has obtained and circulated the first month's results to participants.rnThe aim is to allow milk purchasers to monitor their milk supplies for the possible presence of certain contaminants. This information can then be used as part of a due diligence defence should the authorities find contaminants in milk above maximum Dermitted levels.
