Dairy Councils around the world all face the same issues. Dr Judith Bryans takes a look at what our Canadian cousins are doing to promote the nutritional benefits of milk to see if we can learn any lessons. I've spent quite a lot of time in the last week with a number of my counterparts from Dairy Councils around the world, listening to what they're doing to promote dairy and hearing about the challenges they face.
