A party of 17 Scottish food and drink companies including First Milk visited Japan and China in November. Richard Lochhead, cabinet secretary for rural affairs and the environment in the Scottish Government, led the delegation, which was organised by Scottish Development International and Scotland Food & Drink. Meetings and events were held in Tokyo and Shanghai with key potential customers, from supermarkets to top hotels. Stephen Faulkner, Senior Executive Director at First Milk was part of the delegation. He commented: "One of the highlights of the trip for me was at the Food & Hospitality China Show in Shanghai.
