Geopolitical and Security Environment

摘要

The Geopolitical and security situation in India and in the adjoining south Asian region remained relatively stable during April and Mai 2012. The region witnessed sporadic violence in Pakistan and Afghanistan, but no major incidents of terrorist strikes or of larger magnitude have taken place. India and Pakistan have taken a bold step forward to boost trade ties between both the countries while Pakistan has in principle agreed to advance most favoured nation status to India.
