API Technologies to Showcase New Modular AAAU Solution for AESA Radar at DSEI

API Technologies, a trusted provider of RF/microwave, microelectronics, and security solutions for critical and high-reliability applications, showcases solutions from its RF/microwave and secure communications product lines at DSEi 2013. This includes the launch of API's new modular Active Antenna Array Unit (AAAU) concept for radar systems. The unveiling will take place at the opening of the show, on 10 September at Stand S8-100. API's AAAU solution is an innovative design featuring interchangeable Quad Transmit Receive Modules (QTRMs) that come fully calibrated, making them line replaceable for decreased system downtime. It is ideally suited for radar applications such as Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESA), as well as data link and satellite communication (SATCOM) solutions, supporting X-, S- and C-band applications.
