According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is an AESA radar cooling device, which provides a TR module array having a plurality of TR modules installed so that a part thereof is exposed to the front and performs cooling of a radar. The AESA radar cooling device comprises: a thermoelectric element array having a plurality of thermoelectric elements in contact with the rear surface of the plurality of TR modules, respectively; and a control unit electrically connected to the plurality of thermoelectric elements to apply a current.
