I penned my first article for MS&T issue 2, 2000, and issue 1, 2001 saw my first editorial comment. Fittingly, issue 1, 2019, will likely be my last. Certainly, when Chris Lehman, then Editor-in-Chief, asked me to write that article 19 years ago, then subsequently invited me to become an editor, I didn't think it would turn into the journey it became. During that journey, MS&T observed and commented on the evolution of training technologies, the emergence of new technologies, the evolution of training as it reflected changing Service needs, and most importantly, the best practices of the business of training. And I enjoyed being a part of that. Thank you, Chris.
