Dr. Sean Deller became an operations research analyst in 1997 and has served at the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command and the United States Joint Forces Command. His operational assignments include deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and the NATO Kosovo Force in Kosovo. He received his doctorate in engineering management at Old Dominion University in 2009 and recently completed 10 years of development of a commercial wargame published in January 2012.
