(Life Member since 1987): Breunle retired in 1990 after 30 years in the Medical Service Corps. In the 1970s, he was a key military medical strategist to the governor of the Panama Canal Zone, coordinating health care delivery treaty negotiations as part of the transfer of Canal Zone operations controls to the Republic of Panama.
