I wanted to write and thank you for the wonderful articles I just read in the December 2008 issue [of Military Officer], I actually cut out the "Pups With a Purpose" and "Measuring Success" articles to share with my battalion. I can't tell you how impressed I am with the caliber of writing and expertise on each topic.rnI am a great believer in pet-assisted therapy and appreciate that the program is giving inmates a source of pride, a new set of skills, and possibly a new outlook on life in the process.
