Development of a 3D thermomechanical beam finite element in co-rotational formulation

LENAS is a calculation code developed at CTICM in the 80s. [1]. It serves as an advanced calculation tool used to promote the application of fire safety engineering in steel constructions. Subsequently, improvements and further developments of this calculation code were carried out by CTICM engineers [2]. A validation support for this software was thus prepared and submitted to the Ministry of the Interior. However, this calculation code is not intended to be commercialized publicly and its application is still reserved for specialized engineers from CTICM and Efectis France.
