Production method involves the measuring plan which is provided under the use of genetic algorithms. A finite element model is produced from a 3D-rough data record of the 3D-measuring objects. Theoretical measuring positions are derived from the finite elements. Automated measuring plan with actual measuring positions is provided on the basis of the theoretical measuring positions. An independent claim is also included for device for positioning of the measuring plane.
