ArcelorMittal reshuffles its board

The retirement of Christophe Cornier has led ArcelorMittal to rejig the responsibilities of its directors. Lakshmi Mittal, chairman and ceo, will take direct charge of health and safety, while Louis Schorsch, ceo of its Flat Carbon Americas division, will join the group management board as a replacement for Cornier.
