International Flavors & Fragrances and its subsidiaries is a manufacturer of flavors and fragrances (including cosmetic active ingredients) used to impart flavor or fragrance in a variety of consumer products. Co.'s products are sold principally to manufacturers of perfumes and cosmetics, hair and other personal care products, soaps and detergents, cleaning products, dairy, meat and other processed foods, beverages, snacks and savory foods, sweet and baked goods, and pharmaceutical and oral care products. Co. operates in two business segments, Flavors, which develops different flavors and taste for Co.'s customers; and Fragrances, which has two sources, Fragrance Compounds and Ingredients.
