Human ecological relevant correlations between metal complex dyestuffs and chemicals for polyamide textiles

The same authors have already reported on the reasons and possibilities of reducing the chrome(Ⅲ)-release on metal complex dyed polyamide textile in [1]. It was determined among other things that the exceedance of Cr(Ⅲ)-limits often observed on metal complex dyed PA articles with regard to usual eco-labels is first of all traceable to the finish, particularly if applied by padding. The possibilities of chrome-immobilization were described. Thus, this application-oriented work was first of all relevant for the practician in the finishing plant without examining the chemical correlations more closely.
