Experimental resin for cast film

Dow Europe has announced the introduction of XZ 89463.00 Experimental Polyethylene Resin, a new high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin suitable for cast film applications. The announcement follows the company's recent launch of an experimental linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) resin for mono- and bicomponent spunbond hygiene and nonwoven applications (see Medical Textiles, May 2012, page 1).
