TRAITEMENT ACTUEL DES CANCERS BRONCHIQUES A PETITES CELLULES

摘要

Une revue de la littérature récente montre que l'association de la radiothérapie thoracique et de la chimiothérapie diminue le risque de récidives locales et permet un gain dans la survie dans les stades limités au thorax. L'association de 4 cycles de cisplatine-étoposide et d'une radiothérapie médiasti-nale concomitante à 45 Gy constitue actuellement un nouveau standard thérapeutique dans les cancers à petites cellules limités au thorax.%The review of litterature shows that the thoracic radiotherapy with chemotherapy decreases the risk of thoracic recurrences and provides a gain in long-term survival in limited disease. The association of 4 cycles of etoposide-cisplatinum with concomitant radiotherapy 45 Gy in the mediastinum appears the best protocol.
