Most people intuitively value diversity. Often, however, embracing differences in employees is not considered part of the profit formula in business. Addressing Hispanic workforce attrition is an issue that challenges meat and poultry processors and has a profound impact on profitability.rnFood processors, hospitality providers and some service industries would not have a workforce if it were not for Latino/Latina workers.
