Wixon Inc. has hired Mathew Freistadt as corporate chef. Freis-tadt's responsibilities will include research and development of innovative products that meet market and menu trends, as well as directing culinary and technical presentations of the company's services to key accounts. Dr. Kohl Schrader has joined Devro Inc., as a technical marketing specialist. Schrader recently received her doctorate of philosophy degree in meat science from Iowa State Univ., where she also obtained her bachelors of science degree in animal science.
