Between the ongoing cooking demonstrations throughout each day and the elbow-to-elbow traffic at the Unitherm Food Systems' booth, an outsider would have every reason to believe that for 2013 the IFFA show was a success. The hottest-selling item at the expo was Unitherm's full production line, demonstrating its newest solution for small to medium-size processors. Officials with the Bristow, Oklahoma-based company were elated back in 2010, when its participation in the global trade show resulted in $1.2 million in sales closed on the booth. "At this year's show, we sold over $2.8 million worth of business," said David Howard, CEO.
