The 17th edition of SIAL China will take place May 5-7 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Recognized as the largest food and beverage trade show in Asia, organizers are expecting over 2,900 exhibitors, more than 66,000 visitors from 65 countries and more than 126,000 sq. m. (1.35 million sq. ft.) of exhibit space in 11 halls. SIAL China attracts professionals from retail, hotel/restaurant/catering (HoReCa), foodservices, the import/export trade and manufacturing segments each year. More than 20 product sectors are represented on the trade show floor including fresh meat and offals, fresh poultry and game, cured and salted meat, dairy products and eggs, delicatessen and home meal replacement, frozen products, as well as equipment, technologies and contract processing.
