The Annual Meat Conference is prepping for another year of exploring the present and future of the meat industry. The conference, hosted by the North American Meat Institute (NAMI) and the Food Marketing Institute (FMI), will take place Feb. 25-27, 2018, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee. More than 1,000 industry people are expected to attend the event to connect with experts and strengthen professional growth.
