As a recipient of the annual Operations Executive of the Year Award, Paul Kafer epitomizes what it is we hoped to recognize with this annual award when it was conceived six years ago. I'm always amazed at the humility of these professionals and how they all defer any credit or recognition to others, whether it is someone who provided guidance early in their career or a team they have developed and coached to achieve a common goal while identifying opportunities to improve processes for their company's future.
