OLIVIER MARQUET has been named president of Mauron, France-based ARMOR INOX, a division of the MIDDLEBY FOOD PROCESSING GROUP, Elgin, Illinois. In his new position, he will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall strategic direction and initiatives of sales and engineering at the company. As previous general manager, Marquet succeeds JEAN LUC DREANO who was promoted to vice president of Integration for Middleby. Dreano will be responsible for leading sales integration strategy, business processes and project management for the division. CAROLYNN COINER has been promoted to the position of Middleby Food Processing Marketing Manager for the protein division. She succeeds KEITH SHACKELFORD who will be retiring.
