A CHARACTERIZATION OF NON-LOCAL CONVEXITY IN SOME CLASS OF TOPOLOGICAL VECTOR SPACES

In this paper, we shall prove a generalization of A. Grothendieck's theorem [1, p.3] and A. and W. Robertson's theorem [2, p.184]. Moreover we shall give a characterization of non-local-convexity in some class of topological vector spaces containing metrizable topological vector spaces.
