摘要

In order to clarify the reaction behaviour systemically between CaO and dephosphorisation slag, the solid CaO piece was dipped into the liquid slag and reacted for 5-300 seconds at 1573 K, the reaction mechanism between homogeneous CaO-SiO2-FeO-P2O5 slag and CaO was investigated in the present study. The results shows that 2CaO center dot SiO2 and 3FeO center dot P2O5 are the main phases in dephosphorisation slag, the enrichment phase of phosphorus were formed very fast in <5 seconds. Compared with the results in the previous study, the contents of P2O5 in the 2CaO center dot SiO2-3CaO center dot P2O5 solid solution increased in this study.
