A facile approach to preparation of nanostripes on the electropolished aluminum surface

Ordered nanostripe structures on aluminum surface were obtained by electropolishmg unannealed polycrystalline aluminum sheet in the C_2H_5OH and HC1O_4 solution [V(C_2H,OH)/V(HC1O_4)=4:1] at room temperature for 10 s, with the cell voltage at 20 V.
